lvl 1 toa is normal one
lvl 2 is 10% more drop rate i think it was
lvl 3 i think is hevenly talisman Normal Item Drop Rate +50%
Drop Rates of rare items including unique accessories,
Elemental World Passports, and some Prayer Stones are doubled

havnt try to get it but heard that

you can refein 2 normal talismans to get more drop dont get it why becouse you lose more then you get,

Talisman of Awakening
Normal gives 20%xp rate.
U can refine 2x toa with the same stats to get one with random better stats, i refined 2x 14 days toa 20% and got toa 30%xp rate for 24 days.
There is chance to get 50% one with random time of use, just buy Awakening Boost Chest and open it. This event starts from 15.12 till 29.12.

Lucky Charm
Normal with the same stats like on cm i think.
Heavily Luck gives what Nexcro said.
U cant refine Lucky Charm.
